The subject left a name of Kevin Rodriguez advising that they were going to serve me a subpoena on December 8, 2015 regarding case number B15-235-E. Called them back on a trunked line and a Michael Turner answered, claiming that it was the claimant's department for John Thompson's and Associates. Kevin Rodriguez was not a name he knew. The case# was for a Deidre James and asked if I knew the person. Turner said it was likely a wrong number and asked for my telephone number to remove from the list. This is a spam / phishing attempt.
