The caller didn't say her name. She stated I took out a loan over 2 years ago for 400. She is very rude and I had to get rude back. She did provide the social security # but wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor. She then tells me to look the company up which is what I did and I told her on the BBB it says fraud. she said well believe what you want we will be filing legal proceedings and goes on to say well I have more calls to take and you can research it on your own time but you need to call us back by 5pm cst
