reference to being served a summons next 24-48 hours at home or work - nothing at all
Filled complaint with State of Florida and they actually emailed me that any debt collection if there is a summons it would be in the county you reside. They apologized for the scam calls and the State is on top of such people.
(Yes did go online to local court house records and there is no summons showing on record)
