Called me today saying They would be delivering a summons to court in the next 24 hours unless I would settle the account right then on the phone for $1500. When I said I couldn't he asked if I would be able to pay $500 today and the rest in 2 weeks. They had my name, birthdate, and ss #.

Called to inform me of summons...need to be av aialble w/ forms of ID, or call 844-671-8871 to see who is suing..must be avaialbe within the next 24-48 hours going to home and work..etc etc..calls monthly x 3 months scam scam no one calls and warns you about a summons coming.. and the only ID they need is First and last name.. no need for 2 forms of ID SCAMMERS...get a real job ... rather than scaring people out of ..hard earned money

Filled complaint with State of Florida and they actually emailed me that any debt collection if there is a summons it would be in the county you reside. They apologized for the scam calls and the State is on top of such people.
(Yes did go online to local court house records and there is no summons showing on record)

robocall, caller id lists as 800Service. speaker id's himself and claims he has a summons and is going to show up at my house or place of work. tells me to have 2 forms of ID handy. (riiiight)
I have to call back straight away if I have any questions (again, riiight)
researched and it's an invalid phone number, yet same was used to place call. (855-871-6095)Registered somewhere in the *ss end of FL. Linked to this bogus debt collection company "Priority Legal Care Services" which alludes to debt collection.

The above is an exact transcription of the voicemail that was left on my cellphone from this caller. It sounds fishy, so I did a Google search... it's obviously a scam and scare tactic.
