She said she was calling regarding a complaint against me and after the 3rd call, they would be calling my HR department. I called the number she gave, and they said it was regarding an orchard bank credit card that I had 12 years ago, which has been closed for over 10 year. She claimed I signed a tolling agreement waiving my states stature of limitations and they would be going to my house to serve a summons to take me to court. She claimed they couldn't reach me, I have lived at the same house for 19 years with the same phone number for 16 years. She never asked me to verify my address. Total scam.
