I too had a call from 844-755-0423 with a lady who was extremely rude. She too threatened to go to court and have warrants issued for my arrest and to call my places of businesses to get me fired. I have filed a complaint against this telephone number 844-755-0423 with the FTC on 04/18/2014. Anyone else receiving calls from this number should do the same.

This lady threatened to have me arrested, telling my Supervisor to embarass me and have my wages garnished. She called my spouse threatened him also. This lady is out of control and a complaint has been filed with the FTC. Seeing online where other customers have multiple complaints about this company.

I was contacted by this number today and was told that I owe a debt for a payday loan that I do not believe I owe anything for all the lady at "Aurora Mediation Group" could provide was my email address and other basic information that could be found online. I told "Ms. Young" that she could send me the appropriate documentation of the debt and I would address it at that time, her exact words were " Our attorneys are not going to waste their time sending you paperwork for a debt you know that you owe!" If your a legitimate collection agency you would have no problem sending the appropriate documents that state a debt is owed, to whom the debt is owed to, etc. So please send it to your attorneys and stop with the scare tactics people are not going to fall for it!
