Not to intrude on the comments nor am i condoning the acts of collections folk but I jus wanna warn you guys tht some of the things aren't completely incorrect tht they tell us bcuz, I did actually receive documnts @ my damn job and before the process server showd up wit the damn police, i did think it was freakin bogus bt i still didn't call the folk they said were bringing me to court bcuz the papers tht they issued me said i was being pursued bcuz of sum contract and intent to defraud somebody bt hell, I aint do none of tht so I thought I was straight bt I did go to court and I still had to pay the money and they asses made me pay their attny fees and I had to pay back all the interest from the time the shit was taken out then the damn court cost and my aunt was taken to court about 3 in a half years ago by the HSBC company and had to pay back the money that she used out of the credit line that was issued thru that company! Now i aint siding with them bastards bt Im just letting yall know that ALL of it aint scams!!! These companys tryna get serious bout the money they loan out and da shit kinda makes sense bt hey, do what ya wanna do!! I tried to warn ya!! Plus when I lookd into getting my own lawyer bt shit, she wantd more than what the company said I owed! Parker Mediation or Parker Group or something but whatever, hell, Im done with all that stuff now. Eitha way, i jus wantd to share my lil situation with you guys bcuz I saw this... She indicated that she was from Tarrant County Texas, and that a judgement was being filed against me and that I had an opportunity to call the debtor. The number provided was 844-798-3805. I checked this number and it is a mobile number in Delhi!!! Fraud I would think - so sick and tired of this!
