Received call on 4/3/14 at 9:11am in Sacramento, CA on my cell from 844-828-7808.

They left a message stating: "This is Charles Clay from Legal Carrier services I have a summons in hand for you. I'm schedule to go out to your home and place of employement within the next 24-48 hours. Please make yourself available with two forms of ID. Failure to sign for the summons may result in a miss court appearance. Please be advised if you are served at work a supervisor or head of security needs to be available to sign off as a witness. If you have any questions or concerns, contact the party that is filing against you 844-766-8647.

left me a message stating that he needed to serve me a summons and that I could call844-828-7808 to find out more info. when I called the number the company name was never mentioned until I asked and then I was told it was Western Acquisitions Group. They were willing to settle for 1/2 the amount that was due by as long as I set up the payments on a credit or debit card. When I sais I didn't have one they told me where to go to get a prepaid card and if I did not call them back by 4 today the summons would be issued. I was also given a direct line number 585-645-0774 which I have not called.
