They called for the second time in the last few months today. Its a recording and they say we are getting a summons in the next 24 hours and that we have to have 2 proofs of ID. so I call back and talk to someone they are rude they hang up on me. I record the conversations. I got a case number and call my local court house and they say they have nothing and no one would call a deputy sheriff would bring a summons to the door. They said it sounds like a scam. so anyways before they said it was from a payday loan which never existed. they wanted us to pay like 9 hundred and some dollars but if we paid 306 it would be closed. they wanted our debit card info or bank account info..no way!! If they call me back I'll go find a police officer and they can talk to them!!!
