telemarketer wanting to issue credit cards.
Has called numerous times... almost daily.
have asked them to remove me from there list.
Their reply is "no way" and they hang up.

leaves message on my cel number saying "last chance to lower your interest rate...". Wont stop calling. calls twice a week to my cel phone at wee hours of the morning.

This caller is relentless, calling constantly. It drove me to search for a way to stop them because asking them doesn't work. I found a blog comment that said to call 866-246-7196, give the caller's phone number to verify it's on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call request list. It's fast and easy and in a couple of days the calls stopped.
