This is the 2nd phone call in this nature that I have received. They threatened to take my money, my reputation, and my very FREEDOM. Please ask them QUESTIONS. ALL KINDS of questions. When the payday loan was made, the transactions, the way they got your information, the amount of the loan. Ask to speak to the creditor themselves. If they say they are calling because of cashnet.com or easy cash advance or quickcash or anyone else, ASK to speak to them. Ask them WHY they didn't call you before filing a suit against you.
