These calls are 100% fraudulent. Do not be fooled. If you call the company they claim to represent you will be informed that they have no person working under that name. These people are hackers who find your information online and use it to scam you into giving your credit card information. Ask them for the company name and website and tell them you will call that company. Please do not take these seriously, the people doing this aren't even in this country.

don't know who these people are but I am sure going to find out. They swindled me out of $550.22. At least I feel swindled. The reason I gave them $550.22 of my hard earned money was because I was TERRRIBLY afraid of getting arrested, sent to jail and to appear in court. I'm 23 yrs old. I didn't ask questions because I was running out of time but I have every intention of investigating this, knowing my rights, and seeing if these people are legit. This is the 2nd phone call in this nature that I have received. They threatened to take my money, my reputation, and my very FREEDOM. Please ask them QUESTIONS. ALL KINDS of questions. When the payday loan was made, the transactions, the way they got your information, the amount of the loan. Ask to speak to the creditor themselves. If they say they are calling because of cashnet.com or easy cash advance or quickcash or anyone else, ASK to speak to them. Ask them WHY they didn't call you before filing a suit against you. I'm not a law student, I don't know much about laws, I'm a factory worker who feels she got swindled. ASK all these questions and before you let them take your HARD EARNED money, Research, and investigate if these people are LEGIT.
