I listened to the recording out of curiosity but did not press any numbers nor pursue the call further. I will not be picking up the phone on any more of their calls, if I can see the caller ID.
I seldom answer any calls where the caller ID information does not look legitimate. I am on the do not call list, too, yet we have been receiving a lot of similar type phone calls recently from sources that seem like scammers.
My advice to you: Do not even answer calls that look questionable. I think when you pick up the phone, they will keep trying to contact you. If you never even answer, they will stop trying eventually. Definitely do not engage them in a conversation of any kind. It is pointless and clearly results in threats and insults.

I have gotten the same pitch, same rudeness, and same constant call-back no matter what I request.
SOLUTION: The only thing you can do is report this to the FTC at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
Enough reports may spur an investigation. Also check with your phone company to see if they can block the number for everyone, or at least just for yourself.

Will not stop calling. Everytime I ask to be taken off a list they hang up. Everytime I ask to talk to a supervisor they hang up. I have started the process of the free offer and then asked a few hard questions they hang up. I lost my cool and swore like a one eyed carpenter and they pressed the key pad, laughed and said their was nothing that I could do about it and said they would be calling back and hung up.

They ask if you have credit card debt over 3000.
You have to press 9 to talk to someone. I asked for the name of the company twice and they hung up. Very Rude.

Called for the upteenth time to offer credit card whatever. This really gets soooo annoying. I told them I'm not interested but still they continue to call. I don't answer the calls anymore but still they keep on trying. Very disturbing. Stresses me out. I wish they would just all disappear!

I have gotten calls repeatedly from the same bunch (Credit Services). Each time it's either about last chance to lower my credit card rate or an extended car warranty. We've been on the DNC list since 2004 and I've told these people, on the rare occasion I can get a human to answer, to never call us again and I was reporting them. They still call!
