This caller called my work phone looking for a relative of mine.
They were extremely rude while I was attempting to clarify additional information about my relative's case and why my Work Phone number was associated with this arrangement.
Again, the young lady was extremely rude and hung the phone up in my face. My tone was subtle and low due to my work environment and did not grant this type of response.
