They aren't going to give you an address. They aren't going to sue you. They aren't going to do anything but call and harass you.

Call them back, make fun of them and yell at them. At least you will feel better. The company is a joke. Take my word for it.

If they had sued anyone at all, don't you think Washington State would at least have an address. A company cannot file criminal charges against you. Only your local District Attorney can.

If you took out a loan or not, they got your information. It's better to call them and harass them back, if enough people do it, they will stop calling everyone.

Again, they haven't sued a sole. They make threats, I even heard them in the background on the phone with others. Don't pay them a cent. If anyone truly ever gets served or taken to court, please post the name and address of the actual company.

The state of Washington as well as other states and Attorney Generals would welcome the information.
