Called my sister's cell phone and left my sister a message stating she needed to give my address or she could be arrested for withholding information. Called my cell phone and stating they had illegal and fraudulent charges pending against me and they were forwarding information to my county of residence and if I don't call them I will be delivered papers to my home and/or place of employment.
