Woman called saying a formal complaint had been lodged against my boyfriend (how they got my cell # is beyond me). They didn't mention who had filed the complaint or w/ whom, they didn't identify themselves or their agency. They said the complaint would result in service of process being completed at either the address on record or at the place of employment for [his name was inserted here and was an automated voice while the rest of the message was a woman's voice]. They told me to contact 855-410-8927 immediately to avoid any further legal action taken or I could press 1 to be connected to a representative now.
I called the number twice and both times it rang several times before sending me to a voice mail that said that the person at extension 2523 was unavailable and that I should leave a message.
Don't know what it is, but the same message was received by my boyfriend's mother. In doing some research, others have received similar messages that turned out to be a scam.
