As above it is a slimy scammer trying to get unsuspecting to allow access to computer by claiming it is infected with a virus. Shut 'em down - drive 'em into the sea!!

Did not know the number so I had it go to voice mail. Listen to message and was a recording, of which I could not press the buttons asked of me, message ended.
Said my computer was infected in the voice message as the reason for the call.
There is a need to have 855 and all 8XX numbers put into the crapper and disabled when users complain about them. Whom is the telco for this number and can we contact and get them to bring this to an end?

Left a voicemail saying my computer was infected press 1 to solve this issue. When I called back he said he was from Microsoft IT Dept. I asked him what my Microsoft account name was or my Outlook profile was and he said nothing I accused him of trying to fish information from unsuspecting people who don't know much about computers and he hung up.

Received call from this number today. Did not answer. No message left. However, I also received a call on 9/7/15 from a number that appeared to be from a non-800-number, 641-792-6323. I had answered the call and it was someone with what sounded like an Indian accent telling me also that he was from Microsoft and there was a virus on my PC. Very hard to understand and wouldn't directly answer my questions. I finally hung up.
