I received a call on my work phone, a woman asked for a supervisor. I didn't have anyone available so I asked to take a message. I thought nothing of this until I got a phone call a few minutes later from a man saying he is a manager of a woman( didn't catch the name) who just spoke to me and said that I wasn't cooperating with her. I said I didn't speak with anyone and he said I was a liar. He kept saying they have sealed documents to give to me regarding allegations against me. He said that she would be bringing the documents to my work unless I give them a valid home address. He said that she would be coming to my work and to have 2 forms of ID available to show her. I told him to go ahead and send her since I have no idea what he is talking about. He was EXTREMELY rude to me and kept saying the same things about sealed documents, allegations and I am not cooperating. In another few minutes I got another call, this time on my cell phone from a woman who said I had just spoken with her manager and that I am not cooperating and need to call the firm that hired them to clear this up. She too was very rude. She gave me a claim # to reference and told me to call this # 855-576-8628.

Caller says she is Ms Ripley and she implies that its a criminal case against a Billy Swain and says you need to call this number immediately because she says you have been served notice that we are filing on you. After you call them back telling them there is no Billy swain at this address they tell me that my name was listed as a reference with my phone number.They then say they will take off their list but theynever do.
