They told me that i will get a summons in a couple of days but got the v-mail on the 20th. Her name was stacy diez hamilton county ohio dispatch service when i called a man answered, thought i had the wrong number called back a different man answered. I told them that i know about the debt the bank is across the street from me and i didnt get no paperwork about going to court. Gonna say im sorry and then laugh and saying ima lier about me driving cuz he gonna tell me one thing they will do is suspend my license but i dont drive and called me a lier. I never had that and i am non driver. They know my name,where i stay and the last 4 of my ssn. They even called my mom somehow and she got a government phone!! smh... I looked myself up. Nothing...

This is a collection agency that tries to intimidate you by threatening a lawsuit. My guess is that they are "shaking the tree" of very old debts that they've bought for pennies on the dollar to see who they can scare into paying. Who knows, they may sue but I'm guessing it's more of an intimidation thing to see who they can shake down. They are NOT an official court/government agency as they try to make you think.
