I got an identical call but it was a man calling and I don't believe he left his name. Sounded like he was reading from a script. He would hesitate a lot and then rush through the verbiage thereby making it difficult to decipher everything he was saying. He did make reference to "charges" "process server from this county area", "arbitration", and "federal stop order." Sounded like a lot of made up legal mumbo jumbo designed to intimidate. Oh, he threatened to come to my home it work to serve the papers if I didn't call to make a statement by 5pm today. What the heck is a federal stop order anyway?

I got the same call over a month ago. I informed the attorney general and local police. These people are a scam and are being investigated. I would suggest that everyone who receives a call report them.

Received a call from a woman. The number came up unknown. She indicated a court order was faxed to her. She called to give me the opportunity to call this number and speak with an arbitrator. The number doesn't indicate the company or anything. Just says this is the arbitrator. She said if I don't settle something. Never says what it is, with a federal stop order. She will serve me at work or home. Has anyone else revived these calls?

To add to the above: I also hit the same call several months ago from the same person. I never responded. Now he is calling again. Very strange. Don't know how to report these people without a company name. And though he left the 800 number his call itself was labelled "unknown" on my caller ID. I suppose because he isn't really calling from my local area at all.
