Called with a 618 number and left a message on my home phone number saying they are calling to serve me with papers. They also called my job and left the same message but when I asked what was it for and then he said he needed my home address. I told him if you need my home address you should already have it as well as my job name.

The exact thing has been happening to me all day. I've had to put a block on my phone now. They tried 7 times in less than 2 minutes!!!!!! First from local numbers, than from a restricted. Even bothered my brother. This is pure harassment

Called with a local number, asked for an address to serve papers on me. I told him that this was a scam, if they were serving papers on me they would have my address and they would not be calling me. I hung up, he immediately called again and left a message, saying I had official been served. He called again later in the afternoon, but no message. They left a message at my work, with the 855-817-5594 number. When I attempted to get the identity of the number, it said the number did not exist.

they called me stating that they were trying to collect money from a payday loan company but they wouldnt specify which company and how much was owed. They keep saying that they are going to send me to court and serve me with legal documents if i dont make payment arrangements with them today but i refused to do that so now they are continuing to call me.They wont even give me any information about their business other than the name monument.

Called 5 times within 3 minutes from a 512 number then a restricted number. After speaking with her she was belligerent with me demanding I call 855-817-5594 regarding papers they were going to serve on me. Wanted my address since they were in the area. Told her she couldn't be in the area because I have an Austin cell number but live else where. SHE THEN CALLED AGAIN I told her I was having her line traced and she hung up. Then there was a voice mail from her stating I had been notified. She did mention the company Monument. This is pure harassment and I have blocked them with my cell phone company.
