Called 3 times in 10 minutes. ID stated they were calling from New York. Did not answer but left a message stating they were coming to serve me papers I needed to sign for at either my home or place of business.

Mathew called and said I took out a loan years ago and if I didn't pay-he would put a lein against my house, (he had the wrong person),he told me to contact a bank & give them an account number that didn't exsist----then the bank asked for the routing number that he didn't have. use caution!

This is a predatory collection agency using what appear to be illegal tactics to manipulate people. I'm not certain about the end game or what they get out of it, but they are definitely harassing.

This guy called my brothers home and said I have 24hrs to respond or I will be arrested and then my brother was pissed and called and upset my son! I never been in trouble with the law before, but I don't think they call to warn you before they arrest you. I fell upon some hard times and wasn't able to completely pay off a pay day loan. I don't think it's right that they call your family memembers and get them upset! What a nasty thing to do!

Lol! I got the guy mad when I stated asking questions. He hung up on me. So then I did some researching on them I called them back and was supposedly being recorded telling them I will sue them if they call me or anyone in my family again. He said people will say anything on the internet and that of course I would be upset if I am in debt. Lol! Scammers are funny when they get busted!
