This man's name is Vikas, would give no last name.I looked on my Programs and Features and found a new program called "Saveron" and I believe that is the software that invariably hooks you up with his scam with a pop up for a phone number to call. I removed "Saveron" from my computer. I did not comply with is wish to fix my computer though and did tell his Indian ass off and I am sure his ears are still ringing!I told him I would trace him down and handle business.

I called this guy as a thinking he was a Microsoft rep and all he did was try to sell me a virus product. I gave him remote access to my computer and I'm afraid he might have infected it
