I have been receiving calls and voicemails about this gentleman who will send legal action against me and to my residence. They have threaten me with unpaid loan to a bank which i didnt have.I called the bank and they said they dont send cops. I am getting furious and dont know what to do.

Have been calling my cell phone and job since last week back to back at least 15x saying im a us runaway and I owe a cash advance loan not true when I asked them to send me something in writing they hang up I finally filed a police report he sd I was dead. That call annoyed everybody I hope immigration can find them or something
