They call any time, hold phone say nothing or just hang up. Look up numbers and they use many different numbers all show Concast, Financial services, collection agent. I have called to ask them not to call our number any more. No one answers not even a machine. They have no need to call. Do not owe anybody. As for Concast it is to be history. soon.
