I did not get a call from 855-969-8560 but was left a voice mail by a Mr. Hardy, just a few minutes ago, who stated it was the party filing the complaint and if I had any disputes over the issue to call the number and gave a case file number. I received this same call months ago and was never "served" so it's a scam. Mr. Hardy also called a handful of my family. His number comes up unknown so I cannot seem to do anything about it.

Debt collector bs. Have papers to serve you, be home all day blah blah blah. If you've ever been served before you know they aren't going to tell you when they are going to be there. Nice try, I'll be passing your number to the FTC for making false threats of a lawsuit.
