Using Google, I tracked the number down to this:
MORRISON @ HEARTLAND OF FLORIDA, 40100 US HWY 27 in DAVENPORT, Florida (Juice, Beverage, Grocery).
Apparently, its the phone number for the store. (or, could be a pay phone located inside the store.)

Called Cell phone wanted to lower my interest rate on my visa said I had no visa, he then said I mean your master card, called credit card company they said it wasn't them. Its a Scam!!!

Phishing call. Like the previous poster said, they were calling about my credit card (no specific one) & wanted to help me lower my rates. That's as far as they got when I hung up. Internet search shows they have been calling Sprint cell phones all morning all over the country.
