the same exact thing happen to me.my screen wouldn't let me delete it,i had to shut off my computer and restart it to get rid of it.i think it is some kind of scam.

I didn't get a call but I got the blue screen showing a computer error and to call this number 866-321-5221 for technical help. It appears to be a pop-up when in IE, MSN page when I clicked on a picture of Carly Fiorini-scary, I know, but that brought up the blue screen telling me a major computer threat was happening. Is this a hacker?
