A Daniel from ACS (at 1-866-399-2678 - Extension 358 )called and left me a message stating they would persue legal action if I did not call them. The message was intended for a person whom has never lived at my address. I called back to leave a message and tell them to not call again, and instead got yet another call and threating response stating that they are a legislation company and to go ahead and complain, after calling me an idiot. This is harassment and I dont have time for it, but can not allow these people to go on making such calls without reporting this w FCC, do not call, etc.

Left message and said he was a process server and would serve me papers on a back check I had written. I have not written a bad check. He contacted my next door neighbor and asked if they knew me and asked them to take a message for me. I returned this call when I got home and was not able to speak to a live person and had to leave a message. This is illegal and harrassment and I am in the process of contacting our Attorney General's Office.
