Craig Williams (if that is even his name), the other guy that called said his name was James Cameron (really? I swear they are just making up names) Said he is a legal locator they other said a private investigator, wtf ever that means. These guys are hilarious with their BS calls claiming to be law enforcement people using tongue and cheek words, basically make you believe they are the police by using key phrases to make you think that. I laugh every time I get their messages. Seriously you CANNOT go to jail for failing to pay a payday loan, don't be afraid of these scumbags. They only thing they can do is take you to small claims court, which then they can try to get a default judgement, just make sure you answer the citation if they file it. I repeat you CANNOT go to jail for this, they will say scary words like "check fraud" or "bad check", they are just screwing with you in hopes to get you to pay them.
