Caller left a message for my sister who now lives overseas. Said she has to pay some debt to avoid being sued.
Is this a legitimate agency?

They call at least 3 times a week leaving very detailed messages about legal problems that R Steward is having. I used to date him but haven't for 3 years now. I keep telling him that he doesn't live here, but they are persistent to say the least. Actually, they're just harrassing me at this point. I try not to get too aggravated about it figuring it's a complete waste of time on THEIR part and how stupid do they look by spending so much time looking for him here. They're not smart enough to find him !!?
