Family ( sons, daughter in law, and elderly parents) received multiple calls from Stark Recovery since end of November. I called today, spoke to a Tori Glover who said I owed $350 from payday loan from Nov. 2010. I could pay $2500 to take it to court or pay $455 to settle. Required $25 down and $105.50 every payday from my bank Visa card till debt paid off in Feb 2016. Opted to settle. Was informed all collection calls would stop and an email agreement would be sent. Another son received call this afternoon from same agency,7 hrs later! And still no email agreement. I'm calling back tomorrow. Has anyone ever paid this agency?
