I've received several phone calls from this number 8666894426 and from another number 8662870281 calling themselves Stark Recovery. Stated I took out an on line payday loan from Bel Capital Corp and if I didn't pay right away they'd take me to court. I changed my debit card and when called again from the second number refused to give them any info and wouldn't pay them. I didn't own a computer back when this scamming company said I took out the loan. Pretty hard to take an on line payday loan without a computer. I am refusing to answer calls now. They said they're in Bakersfield, CA. The Stark Agency is based in Wisconsin and is not called Stark Recovery but Stark Agency. I now have lifelock and will file reports to the Atty, General and possibly the FBI. My bank is very aware of the situation and lifelock as well.
