I started getting calls after the first of the year from this number. Looked it up online and whocalled.us says it is from higherimpactonline.com; a company that apparently coerses people into thinking they can make $$$ at home. They apparently get a list of numbers to call and I surmise that it is setup such that when they call these (our) numbers, the number that shows up on the caller ID is 866-759-4702. However, I'm not positive that this is what is going on.

These people call here 7-10 times a day for the past 2 months. When you answer, no one speaks. They never leave a message on the answering machine. This is really annoying. When I call back the number on the caller ID, I get a message that says this number has been disconnected and is no longer in service.

Just got a call from this company, too with no answer on the other end. I expect another call pretty soon. When I answer again, I am going to say St. Louis police dept.

I just called that number since I posted last on here. A few minutes ago anyway.They called me at 10:30 AM when I dialed the number back I got a recording saying "reached a number that has been disconnected or no longer in service." Now how can that happen so fast?

They keep calling but dont leave any message. I am even on the "No Call List" But sounds like it doesnt matter if you are on it or not. I just want them to stop calling me.

Ok, well forget trying to call them apparently, I just did and it said the subscriber was not taking calls, or something like that. I wonder if they are using a call faker to where the number that pops up is not who is actually calling. Anyway, am labeling them as a phycopathic scytzophreniac so I won't try to answer any calls from that number in the future

They called, I answered, and then they just hung up. I had thought about calling them back, but since I didn't know who it was I wanted to google them first. I'm glad I did. I say everybody get together and harrass these guys for a change, cause I know they have tried calling and doing the same thing to my voicemail while at work, just hanging up, like a stalker would. Creepy if you ask me.

My number is on the Do Not Call list. So much for this list. I don't think this "Do Not Call Registry", is really working. I did not pick up the incoming call from 866-759-4702 I let my answering machine pick up. No message was left the person just hung up. These calls must stop, and whoever is calling should face legal action and fines.
