The mess popped up in my computer as a warning that something was wrong with my computer so I called it sound legit but no one picked up so I suggest hurry up get the page off your computer

An add came up on my computer saying to call, so I did. Wanted remote access to computer, said they work for Microsoft. Don't let these scammers get away with this.
