They told me that is was for a bill and that they were turning my case over to the Contra Costa County DA's Office for processing. She also said that she had reviewed the file and seen that I had paid on the account previously and then stopped paying. I am not sure this is a trusted number so I didn't call it back, But she called my old job, my new job and my cell phone number that is not associated with any of my outstanding bills.
