We got calls from this number repeatedly in our office - caller doesn't leave messages, and hung up on me when I was available to take the call. Eventually, I finally got to talk to a person, and he was rude and made me feel stupid. Said he wanted to talk to the person in charge of our energy bills, and this person wasn't available. The caller gave his name, but not the name of the company and only gave a vague, flimsy reason for the call. I took a message and passed it on to the appropriate person the same day with call back number. Then I noticed on caller I.D. that this caller had called AGAIN on that same day - after office hours - and didn't leave a message. The way this company or possible telemarketer is handling the situation, I have no desire to contact them. They are not making it convenient or pleasant. An extremely poor way to do business with us - if that IS their desire!
