Could be a Facebook-related call. I made a mistake of posting my mobile number there.
I answered the call and all I got was a recorded message saying "this is a promotional phone number, press 1 then please enter your 10-digit number to be removed from the list".
I did and now I'm hoping never to get a call from this number again.
