Called my parents' house. We did not pick up. An online check said that this call came from Chicago, IL. We don't know anybody there.

recorded trash about business loans...probably not legit, underworld attempt to collect account info for cyber theft - numbered spoofed, probably software running in china or russia, boiler room operators temporariliy set up in sweatshop conditions anywhere from london to vancouver using undocumented workers by threatening them, or people experiencing extreme poverty
