I received a call from this number moments ago. The caller did not speak English well, and there was a lot of noise in the background. After asking the caller to repeat himself three times all I could gather was he was from UPS/USPS and had a cashier's check for me for a gazillion dollars. I said I was not expecting any deliveries and hung up. The caller immediately called back, I did not answer, and he did not leave a message.
