Woke up to an unsolicited phone call from an unknown number. The caller tried to explain he was calling from Publishers ClearingHouse, but I hung up before he could complete the words Clearinghouse.

I didn"t answer, and I'm on the do not call list. I do not owe money to anyone, why can they call, when I know that I do not owe anyone money?
