I received a call from this number and the man who called me from this number claims to be a man by the name of John Meyer. He has a very strong African or Jamaican accent, and claims to be from the I.R.S. and was calling to let me know that I won 2nd out of 75 people in Publisher's Clearing House. I had supposedly won 10k and a brand new Denali. All I had to have was $199.00, payable through my credit card or bank account before I could receive my winnings. When I explained to him that that would be a problem as I pay cash for everything, he reluctantly said that I could Western Union the money to a woman named Vriginia Tyler in Wincrese, TX. He claims that she is an I.R.S. lawyer. I have searched the internet and cannot come up with any such woman existing. It sounds like a total scam to me and the local police department here in my town agrees. So, heads up, beware of anyone calling you from this number wanting any money or personal information.
