Someone named Charles Brown called me yesterday from this number and claimed I'd won 2.5 million dollars. He then went on to give me confirmation numbers and license plate number of hte truck that was to be dropping off the money. Then he called me again today and told me I'd have to pay for a "government stamp of approval" before I could recieve my money that I'd won. This was going to cost me $1500, but the "company" was going to pay $600 of it and I'd have to pay $900. When I told him I couldnt afford this he got kind of agitated and said he could knock $100 off, then said he'd pay $250 out of his own pocket and I'd only have to pay $450. I told him I still couldnt afford this, he asked me if I was just going to let 2.5million walk away. I told him I shouldnt have to pay for something I'd won and I simply couldnt afford it so yes I was going to let it go. This is definitely a scam.
