This is a part of the Jamaican sweepstakes scam. All operatives are out of Jamaica. They've been busted by the FBI but are still operating. BIG ILLEGAL SCAM. The show "American Greed" dedicated an entire episode to this scam. They will tell you you've won millions and a new car, but you must send them thousands to collect your millions.

Male caller tried to tell me I'd signed up for something and either Walgreens or Walmart. Told him I hadn't and he hung up. My phone identified the call as coming from Jamaica, which could be inline with his access.
