Caller left a message for an unfamiliar name (no employees of that name)saying she was with Fort Bend County something. She said that Frederick somebody had 48 hours to respond or they were starting procedures on a fraud case. "Unknown" called Friday, Saturday, Monday and finally left a message today with this phone number for a return call. Very strange and the message was difficult to hear (scratchy.) I did not return call. Am inclined to change caller type to scam?
