Received a text message saying that it was from Charter and to call them at this number. I don't have Charter. Bogus....scam number. DO NOT CALL BACK Charter's actual customer service number is 1 (888) 438-2427 which I did call and they confirmed that this is NOT one of their Customer Service number.
