Sent me a package of wu yi tea, which I didn't order. I called this number and spoke with the most annoying person ever. Told him I'll return the package and to remove me from their customers' list. He said maybe someone used my card to order. Very, very frustrating. Now I'm thinking of deactivating my card to avoid unwanted charges.
