Claimed to be Juno support help for e-mail. Like a fool I believed them.
They had a number to call pop up on my screen page to help me log into
my juno e-mail account saying it was being used by someone else and I
needed to work with them to verify who I was to fix my account.

Like an idiot I agreed to download a small program that let them see into
my entire computer...yes...stupid, stupid...I know. What can I say..sigh.
I had just gotten my computer back from a pc repair shop, and wanted to
get everything set up again, so I was not diligent...not much of an excuse
but the truth. He demanded that I purchase the "right" safe anti-virus
saying mine was not safe. He ranted and raved on after three rounds of
my telling him that I would not purchase anything. He then stated that
I had no choice in the matter, it was one time fee, and I would have to
pay it. I turned by entire pc off cold right then. When I rebooted the
program for allowing him to have control of my computer was still running.
I unplugged and tried to find that program when I got back...no luck.
It is probably still in my pc some place, but it will take longer to
find it. Please be careful. I did not see this one coming at all with
the helpful attitude...until I did not do exactly what he wanted.

Personally this reminded me of the type of consciousness that see and
hear about from the ISIS idiots on the news. His demanding and yelling
at me because I would not do as he said when he said, is just not the
type of behavior that you find in the states or most normal countries
in this century! Sure hope they get these morons and nail them.
