Threatening prerecorded call... "Will go ahead with legal action with or without your permission if you do not contact me by 6pm." Will someone at the FCC please put this asshole in jail.

We've been getting calls from a fellow who claims we are involved in a legal matter or he has a letter involving somebody in our household. The numbers used have been 877-591-7654 and 481-1141.
We've reported the numbers to both the state and federal no-call people and they are in the process of investigating these recorded phishing calls.
